- General issues in setting up RCTs and observational studies
- Performing critical appraisal topics (CAT)
- Practicals of data-management and analysis using SPSS
- Journal club
- State of the art lectures on large datasets in (pharmaco)epidemiology, genetic epidemiology and microbiome.
Selected applicants receive: (*text between brackets applies to residents only)
- A (free of charge) course with hands-on experience in research techniques, seminars/lecture and an opportunity to present at a Journal club or research seminar.
- Educational material, certificate of attendance, (free accommodation), catering and a social event during the course.
- EADV resident members are eligible to apply for an educational grant.
