EADV Leadership Development Initiative 2020

Our future leaders will help shape the future of dermatology and venereology for decades to come. Following last year’s successful launch of the EADV Leadership Development Initiative (LDI), we are proud to announce the second edition of the programme which aims to identify the rising stars throughout Europe in our field and support their development.

Now more than ever we realise the importance of equipping our future leaders to navigate our journey both through good and more challenging times.

The EADV Leadership Development Initiative consists of:
•    12-week online training programme
•    2 in-house residencies
•    1:1 coaching on the key competencies of successful leaders
The programme, based on the principles of Emotional Intelligence outlined by Daniel Goleman, is driven by the EADV Executive Committee in collaboration with Goleman EI, experts in leadership development.
Information on how to apply, selection criteria and structure of the programme can be found here.

We are looking for applicants who have at least 5 years of experience in Dermatology-Venereology, are passionate about their role in the medical community and want to achieve the next level of effectiveness in leading individuals, teams and large groups in a multicultural context.
